Dangerous Offenses

Some crimes can be elevated if a dangerous weapon or a dangerous instrument is used during the commission of a crime. The weapon does not need to be used in many instances. It is enough if the accused showed a weapon. Some examples of crimes that can be elevated to a dangerous crime include:
